Data Deletion Instructions - The Sapphic Library

At The Sapphic Library, we respect your privacy and provide easy ways to manage or delete your personal data.

Method 1: Via Your User Dashboard

You can request a download of your data or delete your account directly through your profile settings:

  1. Log in to your account at thesapphiclibrary.com.
  2. Go to your Profile Dashboard.
  3. On the left-hand side menu, locate the "Personal Data" section.
  4. Click "REQUEST DELETION" to permanently remove your profile and all associated data.
  5. Alternatively, click "REQUEST DOWNLOAD" if you wish to see the data we have on file before deleting.

Method 2: Contact Admin

If you are unable to access your dashboard, you can request data deletion by contacting our administration team directly.

Please send an email to with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.

Note: Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, all matches, messages, and profile information will be removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
